- Is a native speaker of Swedish or has an excellent command of the language;
- Speaks English fluently (fluent skills in other languages are a huge advantage);
- Is experienced in Customer Care work. It is not required, but also an advantage;
- Does not mind responding to emails, online chats as well as phone calls with our users;
