We are originally from Brno and we have our own product that is used by more than 40 million users worldwide and has made it much easier to create websites and e-shops.
Most importantly, we are not a corporate. We may be over 120 people, including 25 developers, but we still fit into a single building where all the decisions are made. So you'll know what's going on and why at all times. We're also not a team that jumps from project to project, we don't deliver as fast as possible at the expense of quality - that's not our style.
With us, everyone can always concentrate on the job at hand and we guarantee plenty of time to do it. Our data magicians are looking for another member to join the party. Over the last years, this "one-person" department has become a well-knit team of three people - Vojta, Honza and Fernanda. The work just keeps coming, so we need new colleague to tackle the data with us.
What will be your job?
You will help us understand and interpret what is happening in the data. You'll make sure that other teams have the right numbers in their hands at the right time. So important business decisions won't be just about the gut feelings, but facts - not that we would not believe our gut, but the data helps a lot. You'll help us better understand our users, identify opportunities and solve problems. Whether it's marketing, product or customer support. Your tasks will include:
- Collecting and transforming data from various systems (internal and external)
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards for other teams
- Analyzing user behavior and product performance
- A SQL script here and there, an ETL task here and there, sometimes exploration in a tool like Amplitude, Tableau or Looker
What should you know?
- A good knowledge of SQL (ideally Redshift or PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ETL processes - a bonus if you've encountered tools like Airflow or built some ETL yourself
- You can handle Excel, Tableau, Looker or other BI tools
- Familiarity with Amplitude, GA4 or other event-based analytics tools is a plus
- Python or PHP basics for small scripts is also a plus

How will the process look like?
