After successfully migrating to the AWS Cloud, we're taking our products to the next level with artificial intelligence. We already have AI wizards in production for automated website creation, and we're working on an AI migration tool that enables customer websites to be transferred into our environment with minimal effort. But we want to go further – we're looking for someone who can help us integrate AI across the entire company and explore new automation opportunities.

Our teams aren't split into backend/frontend/QA – each team can deliver a project from idea to deployment.
You'll join as someone who connects development, data, and business.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an AI Engineer with a background in machine learning and modern cloud development who can:

• Connect different teams and disciplines (development, data, product) and identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes and products.
• Bring new ideas and turn them into concrete projects.
• Lead smaller projects from design to production deployment and communicate across the company.

It's not enough to just know the models – we're looking for someone who sees the bigger picture, can communicate clearly, explain benefits, organize work, and get things done. A combination of AI/ML and backend development knowledge is a plus – our backend is built on PHP, so some familiarity is helpful, although we understand Python is more important for ML development.

Technologies and skills we value

• AI and Machine Learning – modern models (deep learning, LLMs), embeddings, NLP, MCP
• Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, FastAPI) + experience with backend development (PHP)
• Cloud – primarily AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, S3, EKS...)
• MLOps and DevOps – CI/CD pipelines for AI models, Docker, Kubernetes
• Data pipelines and data handling – SQL, data optimization for training and inference
• Model versioning and monitoring (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• Communication and organizational skills – ability to coordinate work across teams
