Partnerships & affiliate specialist

Full time, Brno/remote

At Webnode, we make website building incredibly simple. Over 50 million users worldwide use our platform to bring their ideas, blogs, and businesses to life across 25 different languages. While we still all sit in our Brno offices (great terrace + view included!), we're part of European digital leader, team.blue. We combine the playful spirit of a close-knit local team with the stable backing of a bigger operation behind the scenes.

Our Marketing team recently became a part of the shared team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence model. This role sits right at the intersection of the two: it owns Webnode's partner ecosystem as a distinct acquisition and revenue channel, working closely with CoE specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle, CRO and Analytics.

The very core of the position is hands-on management of our affiliate programme: partner recruitment, activation, performance optimisation and attribution quality. Around that core, you'll build out the wider partnership landscape - agencies, resellers, strategic and co-marketing partners, and technology integrations. We're looking for someone who wants to be in the details — running campaigns, structuring commission models, catching fraud, poring over attribution data — while also having the commercial instinct to open up new partnerships that reach audiences we can't get to through paid or organic acquisition alone.

Let's dive a bit deeper, so you have the best possible idea about the job and it's day-to-day reality:

Affiliate Programme Management

  • Manage the affiliate programme end to end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance optimisation.
  • Maintain a tiering approach across high-value strategic, growth, and long-tail partners.
  • Build hybrid commercial models combining CPA structures with fixed-fee visibility arrangements for premium partners.
  • Own payment processing and partner ticket requests, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
  • Fraud Prevention & Attribution Quality
  • Maintain fraud detection controls, including incrementality analysis and partner quality monitoring.
  • Audit partner-reported conversions against organic baselines to catch over-attribution from coupon and cashback sources.
  • Flag problematic partners and fraud patterns promptly and apply learnings across the channel.
  • Support the strategic migration of the affiliate programme into a new platform, managing partner communication and ensuring continuity in acquisition during the transition.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Recruit and manage agencies, freelancers, and resellers who build client sites on Webnode.
  • Source, structure, and negotiate strategic, co-marketing, and distribution partnerships to align with business goals.
  • Manage technology and integration partners across domains, payments, and e-commerce.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new channel opportunities, and stand them up operationally.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Plan and activate campaigns around seasonal moments, product launches, and brand priorities.
  • Test and iterate on commission structures, creative, and activation approaches, documenting what works.
  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks that can be replicated across other group brands to improve overall affiliate performance.
  • Work with Paid Media and SEO to make sure partner activity drives incremental acquisition, not cannibalisation.

Performance Reporting

  • Track incremental cost of acquisition, partner quality, campaign results, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Translate attribution data into clear reporting for the CoE and relevant teams.
  • Support budget decisions with performance evidence and own a partner-sourced revenue target.

What we expect from you

  • The affiliate programme runs with consistent controls, improving attribution quality, and measurable incremental acquisition.
  • Payments and partner requests are handled reliably, with no lapse in programme stability.
  • A growing pipeline of agency, reseller, and strategic partnerships contributes net-new acquisition.
  • Who we are looking for

Experience & approach

  • Proven, hands-on experience running an affiliate programme, including tiering, commission structuring, and attribution quality. This is the essential skillset — non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience working with professional affiliate platforms, with deep familiarity with at least one of the major networks (i.e. Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, Tradedoubler)
  • Fluent in English (our official company language).
  • Analytical mindset. You can own a number, model partner economics, run incrementality analysis, and report cleanly.
  • A self-starter who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting a playbook.

If you checked all the boxes, we're ready when you are :). We offer competitive salary, a wide range of benefits (unlimited vacation, money for external courses of your own choice, and many more), and, most importantly, a great pack of people to work with. See you at the interview!
