Brand manager

Full time, Brno/remote

At Webnode, we make website building incredibly simple. Over 50 million users worldwide use our platform to bring their ideas, blogs, and businesses to life across 25 different languages. While we still all sit in our Brno offices (great terrace + view included!), we're part of European digital leader, team.blue. We combine the playful spirit of a close-knit local team with the stable backing of a bigger operation behind the scenes.

Webnode is part of team.blue's Marketing Centre of Excellence model. The Brand Manager will work closely with central specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate, CRO, Lifecycle, Analytics and Marketing Operations. These teams support Webnode with specialist execution, channel strategy, reporting and
best-practice sharing across the wider group.

The Brand Manager will be the main marketing owner for Webnode. They will translate business priorities into clear briefs and priorities for both the local Webnode team and central CoE specialists. They will make sure Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate, Content, Lifecycle, CRO and Analytics activities are aligned around
one shared brand and commercial plan.

We're looking for experienced marketing leader who can take real ownership of a brand, lead a great local team and bring commercial outcomes. And let's not skip the most important part, the job itself - below you'll find some of the key areas for our new brand manager to cover, so you can get an idea about the day-to-day operation and tasks.

Strategy & Budget Ownership

  • Define and execute Webnode's marketing strategy aligned with commercial, acquisition, and revenue targets.

  • Manage the brand's marketing budget, tracking spend and overall ROI.

  • Maintain brand governance, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and positioning.

Campaign, Content & Social Media

  • Plan and optimize market-specific campaigns (promotions, product launches, seasonal activities).

  • Oversee content creation and local social media channels, including community management and local activations.

  • Manage local events, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives where relevant.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Drive retention initiatives to improve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and Lifetime Value (LTV).

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) teams to optimize the post-sale customer journey and unlock cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Team Leadership & CoE Collaboration

  • Act as the key connector between Webnode's local teams and the team.blue Marketing CoE.

  • Ensure CoE work is connected to Webnode's commercial goals.

  • Balance local brand ownership with centralized specialist support.

  • Build strong relationships with CoE channel leads and specialists.

  • Manage and develop direct reports, providing clear direction and professional growth support.

  • Brief and collaborate with centralized CoE teams (Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle) to scale local marketing efforts.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report performance metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention) regularly to the Commercial Director.

  • Use data and CoE insights to continuously iterate and improve marketing outcomes.

What do we expect from you

  • Acquisition, revenue, and LTV targets are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Brand marketing is visible, consistent, and commercially effective across all channels.

  • Campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and clearly tied to business outcomes.
